We had a nice visit with Sharon and Tara this past weekend! We went shopping, went to dinner, hung out, went to a picnic and the beach! The weather wasn't very friendly but we made it work! In the middle of their visit Justin and I were in a very important process of purchasing our first home! Sharon and Tara were able to go through the house and see it too! They liked it a lot and we put our offer in! We heard back a day later that they did not settle on our offer and they countered. We put in a new offer and waited. The next day I didn't hear much and when my realitor called back she said that the sellers had a magic number and if they got to that number that the house was ours! Justin reworked the numbers and we got a phone call last night saying that "we had a house!"
We are over the moon thrilled and a little nervous about owning a home but we know its going to be a great adventure. I am so excited that we will have a wonderful home for Addyson to grow up in and for us to have friends and family over.
The house is about 1500SqFt. 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, eat in kitchen, dinning room, big living room, upper deck that goes down to a patio, fenced in yard with a shed and fire pit with stones, nice basement that could be finished, tons of storage and a pantry in the kitchen :) Here are some pics from the realitors website!
The paperwork was finalized today and we meet with our mortgage company friday to submit the loan! Inspections will be set up and then we just wait to close!!!
