Camden John 18 months

Wow our little boy is a year and a half already! He is getting so big so fast and we love watching him every step of the way!  

He loves helping out around the house. Especially projects that have been going on outside these days!


He loves shoes!  He puts them on all the time, his, mine, Justin's and even Addy's dress up shoes!


He is very curious and needs to know what everything is!  He points at everything!


He loves the playground and climbing!  He finally has gotten the hang of coming down the house stairs too. It's nice to know that when he sneaks up there he is able to come down safely. (after teaching and working on it with him)

Sleep: Ugh his sleeping habits have gotten really crappy lately. However at his recent well check we figured out why. He is currently getting all 4 molars in at once and the top one has already broken through. He also has been getting up and wanting milk again. Numerous times at night and wanting to sleep/cuddle with the cup. The Dr. suggested just giving him some water and seeing if he is just thirsty. It worked last night so that was a relief!  We will just keep doing what we need to do so he feels safe and secure. I know the pain he is feeling has to be unbearable at times and I'm glad he feels better when he is with us. 

He is starting to like the pool a little more these days too. Aside from the beach we have done a pool a few times including vacation. He does awesome when I'm in there with him however he wasn't to fond of a floaty. He made it in this one for one lap around the pool and then wanted out!  He likes the little plastic pools instead!  

He is currently 25 pounds and 31.25 inches tall.  He is growing right on track and the dr couldn't be happier with him. He eats pretty well and at times its a little tough but that's probably because of the teeth coming in. His language is really starting to take off and his receptive language is over the top. He understand simple commands and questions. He knows whose stuff is whose and knows where things belong. 

He is the happiest, carefree little guy, and loves snuggling with me after he wakes up. He would probably sit with me all day if I let him!  He loves taking baths, playing outside, loves bubbles, and dancing.  He has recently learned how to jump and it's seriously the cutest thing I ever saw! 

He is our little blessing and we love him so much!
