The weekend before trick or treating we carved our "pumpkin". Yep. Only one. But in our defense it takes a lot to gut out a pumpkin, trace a pattern, and cut it out. We seriously had to take turns juggling the kids and the pumpkin! But we got one done and Camden got some quality time in with his uncarved pumpkin!
Umm how stinkin cute is he in those jeans!?
He of course tried to use the pumpkin to chew on and to stand up with. Both of which did not go so well!
Justin and Addy starting to get the pumpkin ready!
Her face is blurred here because she was so shocked at the sight of pumpkin guts! She was running around laughing and yelling!
She was not so sure! She tried it and said no more!
Mommy's turn
She was a champ and at least posed like she was getting ready to re-enter the pumpkin!
It took me some time and lots of patience but I managed to create her princess pumpkin into Ariel!
Yay a successful pumpkin carving afternoon with the family!
This boy. Makes me smile daily. There isn't anything he can't do that isn't cute!
I love how I have pictures of Addy with this "boo" sign when she was about his age too.
Addy's pumpkin all lit up! She thought it was so magical!
Happy Halloween!
Love,
Jamie Lynne
