Happy 10 Months Addyson Grace!

We cannot believe that you are two months away from being a toddler and a one year old! You have grown into such an amazing little girl that no words can trully describe how we feel! You give us so many smiles throughout the day and we laugh more than we used to!

Here are some fun facts about you at 10 months:
You are wearing size 12 -18 months in carters and 12-24 month from Old Navy. Its a little big but that is ok! You will grow into it!

You weigh 20.5 pounds and are 28.25 inches long

You are crawling around a ton now and getting into a little bit of trouble but not too much, yet! You finally discovered that you can leave the living room and get into the kitchen. This is where you found the cat food and water. You always try to grab their water dish. I get nervous about their food because they look like your puffs except they are darker! You haven't eaten any and I make sure that when you join me in the kitchen, to put you infront of the fridge to play with your letters. You really like your fridge phonics and you push the letters in so they make the letter sounds!

You are trying to pull yourself up on things but haven't mastered the concept of standing yet. However, once we help you stand up, you hold on pretty well and stand tall! You love to dance while standing at your music table too! Its pretty cute! You dance really well while sitting too!

You love to play with all of your new toys from Christmas still. You are getting more and more into dolls and stuffed animals. You also have figured out how to make things flip and slide on your one toy. You love to put stuff in each hand and clap them together to make noise! You do this with EVERYTHING! Its cute! You even try it with your puffs!

You still love Blue's Clues and Wonder Pets. You like having them on in the backround while you play but if either mommy or daddy are playing with you, you could care less about the tv! I tried putting in Nemo for you but you barely paid attention to it.

You are a good eater and the dr. gave us the okay to try some regular milk with you. So far you are doing good! You love string cheese now and spaghetti now. You eat most of our dinners, all fruit, and veggies! You are doing really well drinking your formula from sippy cups and are slowly weaning away from morning bottles. (drinking a sippy cup instead) You kind of got mad at me this morning but quickly got over it when you tasted what was in it! I think you could be done with bottles in a few weeks all together! Daddy likes this because washing your bottles is a bit of a pain! You also drink water very well ! Still no juice!!!

You still sleep pretty well too. You only have issues when your teething or you don't feel good. We had one night a couple weeks ago where mommy only got 2 hours of sleep but that is okay because you needed me. You slept okay once you got to sleep! You still take 2 naps a day but I am noticing you are fighting your morning naps a little more each day. That one is usually an hour long and your afternoon nap is about 2 hours.

You still love your bathtime too! I think you will always enjoy it! I can't wait to go swimming this summer. Hopefully you will like the pool better this year than you did last year!

You are always babbling a making up your own little sentences too! You've added Nu-na and NyNy (when your tired) and you've been trying to say doggie lately too. You still say mama and dada all the time. Bubba, byebye,, mmmmm, and the other day it sounded like you imitated I love you by saying ayou. It was really sweet!

You are a people watcher that is for sure! Whenever we take you out to resturants you are always watching the waitress and other people! Its the funniest thing! Its really neat watching you watch them! You are very well behaved when we go out to dinner too! Everyone always comments on how good you are!

You now have 2 teeth! They are your bottom ones and next you should be getting the top 2! I can' t wait to see how cute your smile gets with those pearly whites! You don't teeth very well though. You have restless nights, fevers, and usually some blow outs with your diapers!

You are growing right on track and we love watching you explore! We think its really neat that you can get around the house and get to us if we aren't nearby. This helps with less crying since you know that you can crawl to us if you need us. We usually aren't too far away but sometimes one of us has to get something from the kitchen! You do like getting into daddy's computer but you are easily redirected and play just fine! You love airplane rides and being silly on the floor!

We love you so much Addyson and we can't wait to see what the next month looks like!

Love,
mommy and daddy
