Addy's one year well visit went really well! She weights 20.14 pounds and is 29.25 inches long. she is right at average for weight and a little above average for height and head circumferance. Her pedi was really pleased with her growth and thinks she is developing beautifully! She said that I shouldn't worry about walking yet. She is pulling herself up and walking with furniture so she is ok! She will walk in her own time! She also got to see how funny addyson can be at times! Lately Addsyon seems to act silly to please people and to make them laugh! Its really cute!
She heard Addyson cough and I told her it just started up again. I also told her how she always gets a little teething cold and that her one tooth is right around the corner! She could see the teeth coming down too. She checked her chest and said it was clear and her ears looked great! She checked her mouth and said that it looks like her top molars are working on coming in. Her gums are really swollen up top back there. So this would also explain why she has been so picky with chewing certain foods.
Her dr. said if she eats with stage 3 chunkie purees that its ok to use that for now while she is teething but to encourage table foods still. Which we do. She isn't too bad but it takes us getting her to taste the food first after a fight for her to realize that she likes it! She has developed her own opinion and uses no whenever she can!
She had 3 shots and of course she was mad but overall she did great!
She is also starting to sign for "more" too!! I decided to try it again since lately she has become a little copycat! It's the cutest thing!
Well time to get her ready for school! great day in erie today! 67 and sunny! Going to get a pedicure with my girlfriend then out to lunch!
