Sorry things have been so crazy around here. We met with our Realitor about the deck situation after we got the estimate from a contractor. The deck won't cost a ton but we are asking the sellers to give us more in sellers assist so that we can keep more money in our pockets to save for the deck. They basically will pay all of our closing costs. I'm nervous that they won't accept it or worse yet that we decide to terminate the whole process. We don't know what we will do if they don't agree to helping with more sellers assist. We just want to get to the first bridge and then we will have to decide!
Good thoughts please! we would really love to live in that house!
Addyson news: favorite new snack is cantelope and just plain old bread like her daddy! She is saying a ton more too. If you ask her to say something she will and it usually sounds like the word you asked her to say! Her new word is "go" . I will say 'ready, set, and she fills in go"! its so cute! she loves being chased around and in the evening she is starting to chill out more and just lay around and relax! It's so cute!
