A trip to Pittsburgh

Last weekend I loaded up me, the kids, and my sister Alicia and we headed to Pittsburgh!  It was a much needed girls weekend!

It was a nice trip down there.  Even though at times we had to go outside and fight some bees but we had good laughs with that! We had glasses of wine, talks about life and parenthood, and bonding that will forever be embedded in my heart. 

 

  It's so great to see our children play together and grow.  As little girls we would always play house and play exactly what we did that weekend. I'm so thankful that we have eachother and that we can use eachother as resources as we parent.  I'm thankful that we are able to be great role models for our younger sister too. 

 

I can't wait for the next time we are able to get together like that again!
