Happy 9 Months Addyson!
Wow, your 9 months old! I can't believe how fast time has gone with you but it's been the most wonderful time watching you grow and learn all kinds of new things! This month so many things have happened!
You met Santa Claus for the first time and you didn't even cry! You checked him out and then gave him a big smile! I was able to come to your classroom for your party that day and you were so happy! You were playing with your friends and having a good ole time listening to Christmas songs!
You also cut your first tooth on Dec. 16! We were so excited for you! You had one sleepless night and then two day later there it was!
You still are only crawling around backwards and scooting but you are pulling yourself up on things now and we practice standing. You love to play in your jumping gym too!
You talk all the time and love watching blues clues, wonder pets, and ESPN! We think its pretty funny how much you like sports!
You love the Christmas tree and all of the presents under it! I put bows on the presents and you've managed to take them all off at some point! You helped me wrap to! You loved playing with all of the ribbon and paper while I wrapped gifts! We made a mess but we had fun!
You also help daddy play his computer game from time to time! You love to press buttons on his keyboard! You get really excited and yell out!
You are still sleeping really well and you take 2 naps during the day. Sometimes they aren't very long but a nap is a nap!
You are starting to outgrow most of your 9 months clothes. You are getting into more of your 12 month stuff! You weigh 20.2 pounds and are about 29 inches long now! You are one growing baby!
Today is Christmas Eve and we are so excited for you! Last year we thought of what our Christmas' would be like with you and now you are here! All the lights and decorations, the smell of good food, the spirit of everybody, the songs, and watching you take it all in is the best gift ever!
We love you so much and can't wait to see what you learn new things through the next month!
